Gem Theater is probably my favorite downtown Detroit venue. No shade on Shinola or DAC or any of the other fancy spots, but Gem Theater has so much charm and tons of space for much less money!

Gem Theater’s iconic red velvet curtains adorn the reception space and make it such a great backdrop for photos. I love it!
Gabriell and Alex are a quiet, understated couple with a great eye for style.
They wanted photos that would feel timeless and candid, while also on-trend…if that makes any sense??
